Who we are
CELPIP.pro ("we") prepares students for the CELPIP and IELTS tests. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us on this website. Questions? Email admin@celpip.pro.
What we collect
When you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, email address, your current and target CLB level, and your phone number if you choose to give it. We also record which language version of the site you used.
We don't use advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site; see “Analytics” below.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to your request, email you details about our lessons and, if you study with us, organise your lessons.
After you contact us, we may send you a short series of emails with tips and information about our classes. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are received by Netlify, which hosts this website, and forwarded to our email at Zoho Mail. Your name, email and CLB levels are also stored in Brevo, the service we use to send emails. These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States and the European Union, under their own privacy and security commitments.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, see which pages are useful and how many people send our forms. It records things like the pages you view, your approximate location (country or city), your device and browser, and how you arrived at the site. It does not receive your name, email or phone number.
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google Analytics runs without cookies and without identifying your device. Elsewhere it sets first-party cookies (_ga) that last up to 2 years. Advertising features and ad personalisation are turned off for everyone.
You can block analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or your browser's privacy settings. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we are in contact with you or teaching you, and delete them on request. Email subscribers can unsubscribe at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing admin@celpip.pro. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
